- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fries, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Toss the fries in a large bowl with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potato fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
Notes
You can prepare the fries ahead of time by cutting and seasoning them and storing in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. For oven cooking, preheat to 425°F (220°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes.
