- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Combine the drained tuna, green onions, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir well until fully incorporated.
- Form a portion of the mixture into a patty shape, about 1 inch thick.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Prepare the spicy mayo by mixing together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice in a separate bowl.
- Serve the cakes warm with a drizzle of spicy mayo and garnish with additional green onions if desired.
