- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2–3 jalapeños, finely chopped
- 4–6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until blended into a smooth mixture.
- Scoop portions with a tablespoon and roll them into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each cheese ball in breadcrumbs to coat entirely.
- Place the cheese balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake cheese balls for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
