Description

Deliciously creamy cheese balls packed with smoky bacon and a spicy kick from jalapeños, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 23 jalapeños, finely chopped
  • 46 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped jalapeños, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until blended into a smooth mixture.
  3. Scoop portions with a tablespoon and roll them into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in breadcrumbs to coat entirely.
  5. Place the cheese balls on a lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Bake cheese balls for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
