Description

Deliciously melty and comforting baked ham and cheese sliders featuring sweet Hawaiian rolls and zesty Dijon mustard.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 lb Sliced Ham
  • 8 slices Sliced Cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Thinly Sliced Onion
  • 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the rolls by slicing them in half horizontally.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  4. Layer the sliced ham evenly over the mustard.
  5. Add the sliced cheese on top of the ham.
  6. Sprinkle the thinly sliced onions over the cheese.
  7. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  8. Mix melted butter with poppy seeds and brush over the top of the rolls.
  9. Bake covered with aluminum foil for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove</strong the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Serve warm to your guests.

Notes

You can assemble the sliders ahead of time and refrigerate. They can also be cooked in an air fryer for quicker results.
