Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Add melted butter, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract, blending the ingredients.
- Gradually incorporate salt and flour, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the dough.
- Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly and slice into 1 to 1.5-inch rolls.
- Place the rolls into a greased baking pan, cover, and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth for the frosting.
- Drizzle the frosting over the warm rolls before serving.
