- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl; beat until smooth.
- Add the melted butter, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until blended.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the banana mixture, stirring gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- If using nuts, sprinkle them on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
Notes
