- 4 Bone-in Pork Chops (or boneless)
- 2 tablespoons Dry Rub Seasoning (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder)
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix the dry rub seasoning, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture onto the pork chops evenly.
- Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the pork chops on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes.
- Ensure the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For deeper flavor, season the chops with the dry rub the night before and refrigerate. If you don’t have a grill, you can bake or air fry the pork chops.
