Description

Succulent pork chops glazed with a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, perfect for summer gatherings or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Bone-in Pork Chops (or boneless)
  • 2 tablespoons Dry Rub Seasoning (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder)
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix the dry rub seasoning, brown sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture onto the pork chops evenly.
  4. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Place the pork chops on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes.
  6. Ensure the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For deeper flavor, season the chops with the dry rub the night before and refrigerate. If you don’t have a grill, you can bake or air fry the pork chops.
