Description

A flavorful and customizable beef patty burger, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, etc.

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties about ¾ inches thick, creating an indent in the center.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the patties for 5–7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute before serving.
  6. Assemble your burgers with preferred toppings and serve immediately.
