Instructions

- Shape the mixture into patties about ¾ inches thick, creating an indent in the center.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the patties for 5–7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute before serving.
- Assemble your burgers with preferred toppings and serve immediately.
