Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. Sear the beef tips on all sides for about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Set the beef aside after browning.
  4. Sauté onions and garlic in the same skillet for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Add the beef broth, scraping any browned bits from the skillet.
  7. Simmer with the beef tips for about 30 minutes until tender.
  8. Serve hot over mashed potatoes.
