- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions
- Whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in the bowl and let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, ensuring that the grates are clean and lightly oiled.
- Carefully place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon easily flakes with a fork.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs and drizzle with additional BBQ sauce if desired before serving.
Notes
For best results, allow the salmon to soak in the marinade for at least 10 minutes. Can prepare marinade a day in advance.
