Deliciously creamy yogurt bites swirled with fresh blueberries, perfect for a refreshing snack.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional for sweetness)
Instructions
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or spray with oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and honey, mixing until smooth.
- Mash half of the blueberries with a fork, leaving some whole.
- Fill each muffin tin halfway with the yogurt mixture.
- Add a spoonful of the mashed blueberries on top, reserving some whole berries for garnish.
- Using a toothpick, swirl the yogurt and blueberry layers together.
- Freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until solid.
- Remove from molds and enjoy immediately or store for later.
Notes
These yogurt bites can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the freezer for up to a month.
