Description

Delicious breakfast egg rolls filled with fluffy eggs, savory sausage, gooey cheese, and crispy hash browns, perfect for a cozy morning or brunch gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sausage, browned
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 1 cup hash browns, cooked
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet until fluffy and just set.
