- 1 fully cooked ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- Zest of one orange
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Combine the brown sugar, honey, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves, and orange zest in a mixing bowl to make the glaze.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan, fat side up, and brush with the glaze.
- Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes of baking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
