Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Sear the diced chicken, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add broccoli florets and orzo, stirring to combine.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Simmer covered for 10-12 minutes, until orzo absorbs the broth.
- Melt in the shredded cheese until creamy.
