- 8 oz pasta (fusilli, penne, or rotini)
- 2 cups shredded chicken (cooked)
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 cups Swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Crush the Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Make ahead by assembling the casserole a day in advance; refrigerate and bake when ready. Can substitute with gluten-free pasta and crackers.
