Description

A rich and creamy casserole featuring tender pasta, juicy shreds of chicken, and succulent ham, topped with a buttery Ritz cracker crunch.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (fusilli, penne, or rotini)
  • 2 cups shredded chicken (cooked)
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Crush the Ritz crackers and mix with melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the casserole.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Make ahead by assembling the casserole a day in advance; refrigerate and bake when ready. Can substitute with gluten-free pasta and crackers.
