Description

A creamy and crunchy frozen treat combining peanut butter, yogurt, and chocolate chips, perfect for hot days and sweet cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, dried fruit, shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup until well blended.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips and optional toppings over the yogurt mixture.
  4. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until firm.
  5. Once frozen, break into bite-sized pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For a variety, you can substitute peanut butter with almond butter or sunflower seed butter, and flavored yogurt can replace plain yogurt.
