Ingredients

- 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or non-dairy)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Optional toppings: crushed nuts, dried fruit, shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup until well blended.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and optional toppings over the yogurt mixture.
- Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, break into bite-sized pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
For a variety, you can substitute peanut butter with almond butter or sunflower seed butter, and flavored yogurt can replace plain yogurt.
