Description

Crispy Brussels sprouts roasted to perfection, drizzled in a sweet and tangy citrus glaze that offers a delightful balance of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1/4 cup Orange Marmalade or Orange Preserves
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Place the halved Brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast the Brussels sprouts in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Drizzle your orange marmalade or preserves over the sprouts in the final 5 minutes of roasting and toss to coat.
  7. Return the baking sheet to the oven to finish roasting.
  8. Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes

Make-ahead: Clean and cut the Brussels sprouts a day in advance and store in an airtight container. For quicker cooking, use an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes.
