- 1/4 cup Orange Marmalade or Orange Preserves

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Place the halved Brussels sprouts in a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast the Brussels sprouts in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Drizzle your orange marmalade or preserves over the sprouts in the final 5 minutes of roasting and toss to coat.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven to finish roasting.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
Notes
Make-ahead: Clean and cut the Brussels sprouts a day in advance and store in an airtight container. For quicker cooking, use an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes.
