Description

Indulge in these delicious Creamy Blueberry Cheesecake Protein Balls that offer the rich flavors of cheesecake in a nutritious snack form.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup protein powder (vanilla or cheesecake flavor)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing together the softened cream cheese, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Use an electric mixer or whisk to ensure smoothness, creating a luscious cream.
  3. Once creamy, gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to crush them too much.
  4. Gradually add in the protein powder, folding until well combined.
  5. Sprinkle in the graham cracker crumbs and a tiny pinch of salt, mixing until a dough forms.
  6. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  7. Once rolled, place your protein balls on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

Make-ahead: Store protein balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. You can also freeze them for longer storage.
