- 1 oz white chocolate liqueur
- ½ oz raspberry liqueur
- 1 oz heavy cream
- Melted white chocolate (for drizzling)
- Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the glass by drizzling melted white chocolate along the inside and freeze for 5 minutes to set.
- Combine vodka, white chocolate liqueur, raspberry liqueur, and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass using a fine mesh strainer.
- Add fresh raspberries on the rim for garnish.
Notes
