Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry using paper towels.
- Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
Notes
