Description

Delightfully crispy baked chicken thighs that are juicy and flavorful, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry using paper towels.
  3. Mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken overnight and consider using smoked paprika for a deeper taste.
