Description

Delightful crescent rolls filled with a creamy chicken salad, perfect for Easter brunch or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, yogurt, celery, green onions, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface, separating it into individual triangles.
  4. Spoon filling at the wide end of each dough triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end and place each crescent on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.
