Description

A gourmet meal made easy, featuring salmon baked with a crispy, garlicky Parmesan crust that elevates any dinner experience.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until blended evenly.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet, skin-side down.
  4. Press the Parmesan mixture firmly onto the top of each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until golden-brown and the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
