- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until blended evenly.
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet, skin-side down.
