Description

A comforting fusion of tender pierogies, rich kielbasa, and a creamy sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners and family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 3 boxes Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and cut the cream cheese into small cubes.
  2. Place the pierogies in the crockpot, layering them evenly across the bottom.
  3. Evenly distribute the sliced kielbasa over the pierogies.
  4. Scatter cream cheese cubes and shredded cheddar cheese over the kielbasa.
  5. Pour the chicken broth over all ingredients, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6 hours, stirring once or twice.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy every bite!

Notes

For added crunch, top with crushed cornflakes during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
