- 3 packages of Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
- 1 lb Kielbasa, sliced
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 Block (8 oz) Cream Cheese
Instructions
- Gather and prepare ingredients: Slice kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
- Layer the crockpot: Start with a layer of pierogies at the bottom. Follow with half of the sliced kielbasa and sprinkle some salt and pepper.
- Add cream cheese: Drop dollops of softened cream cheese evenly over this layer.
- Pour broth: Carefully pour 1 cup of chicken broth over everything.
- Create another layer: Repeat with remaining pierogies and kielbasa, seasoning again with salt and pepper.
- Final touch of broth: Pour the remaining 2 cups of chicken broth over all ingredients.
- Set and forget: Close the lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. During the last 15 minutes, sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Serve: Stir well before serving to combine the flavors.
