Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Ricotta or Cream Cheese
  • Fresh Fruits (strawberries, bananas, peaches)
  • Honey or Maple Syrup
  • Salt, Pepper, and Lemon Juice
  • Chili Flakes (optional)
  • Nuts and Seeds (optional, such as toasted almonds or walnuts)

Instructions

  1. Choose your bread and toast it until golden brown using a toaster or by preheating the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocado with salt, pepper, and lemon juice until creamy. Alternatively, whip the ricotta until fluffy.
  3. Spread a generous layer of avocado or ricotta over each slice of toasted bread.

Notes
