- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 cups uncooked pasta of your choice
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or shredded mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (optional, for browning beef)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the beef by seasoning it with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Optionally, brown it in olive oil for 3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the beef into a slow cooker and add garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the beef broth and add tomato paste, stirring to combine.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Boil water in a large pot, salt it generously, and cook pasta to al dente according to package instructions.
- Once the beef is tender, shred it and stir in the cooked pasta.
- Add cheese, allowing it to melt and create a creamy sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
