- 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the outer leaves from the cauliflower and slice it into thick steaks about 3/4 inch wide.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over both sides of each cauliflower steak.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the seasoned steaks in a single layer.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden-brown and tender.
- Sprinkle cheese over the steaks and bake for another 5-7 minutes until bubbly and melted.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Make-ahead tips: Prepare cauliflower steaks in advance and store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Can also be made in an air fryer at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
