Description

Ingredients

  • 2 oz blue curaçao
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz vodka
  • Crushed ice
  • Pineapple slice, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing your glass. If you desire chilled drinks, place it in the freezer for a few minutes.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of blue curaçao, 2 oz of coconut cream, 1 oz of pineapple juice, and 1 oz of vodka over a generous scoop of crushed ice.
  3. Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  4. Use a fine mesh strainer to pour the mixture into your prepared glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice on the rim or floating atop your cocktail. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
