Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and blend until fully combined.

- Press portions of the dough into the bottom and sides of a greased muffin tin to form cups.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Fill the cooled cookie cups with royal icing or frosting and decorate with colorful candy.
