- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup taco seasoning
- 12 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salsa (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning until well combined.
- Take a corn tortilla and fill it with the chicken mixture, then sprinkle cheese on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Serve with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa if desired.
