Description

Delicious and easy to prepare chicken tacos with a flavorful filling wrapped in crispy tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup taco seasoning
  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salsa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning until well combined.
  3. Take a corn tortilla and fill it with the chicken mixture, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa if desired.
