Description

A delightful yogurt bark made with smooth yogurt and vibrant fruits, perfect for babies exploring flavors and textures.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain full-fat yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Optional: A drizzle of honey (for older babies over 1 year)
  • Optional: A sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or freezer-safe pan with parchment paper.
  2. Blend or chop the fruits as desired.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and fruit puree (or chopped fruit) and mix thoroughly.
  4. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
  6. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately or store in the freezer.

Notes

Ensure fruits are fresh and choose soft varieties for better freezing. Avoid using overly ripe or juicy fruits that may make the yogurt soggy.
