Description

Delightful frozen bites combining Greek yogurt and peanut butter with optional mix-ins for a creamy and crunchy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Mini chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or fresh berries

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin cups. Sprinkle on optional toppings if desired.
  3. Freeze for 3–4 hours until firm.
  4. Pop out the bites and enjoy straight from the freezer or let them soften slightly before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Perfect for after-school snacks or post-workout treats.
