Description

Fruity Pebbles Cookies are a whimsical treat that combine vibrant cereal and soft, chewy cookie dough, evoking joyful memories of childhood breakfasts.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
