Description

Tender steak bites seared to perfection and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the cut steak bites generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the seasoned steak to the skillet, spreading it out in a single layer.
  4. Sear for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  5. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic.
  6. Stir gently for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  7. Remove from heat and transfer the steak bites to a serving dish.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

For best results, allow the steak to come to room temperature before cooking. Avoid overcrowding the pan while searing to achieve a good crust.
