- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the cut steak bites generously with salt and pepper.
- Add the seasoned steak to the skillet, spreading it out in a single layer.
- Sear for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic.
- Stir gently for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Remove from heat and transfer the steak bites to a serving dish.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Notes
For best results, allow the steak to come to room temperature before cooking. Avoid overcrowding the pan while searing to achieve a good crust.
