- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned on all sides.
- Reduce heat to medium and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet.
- Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until well-coated.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
