Description

Tender steak bites sautéed in garlic and butter, perfect for appetizers or a delicious meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the heat: Warm your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season wisely: Generously sprinkle salt and pepper over the steak cubes.
  3. Sear the steak: Place the steak in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Set aside: Once cooked to your preference, remove the steak and let it rest.
  5. Add butter and garlic: In the same skillet, lower the heat and add butter and garlic, stirring until fragrant.
  6. Return the steak: Toss the steak in the garlic butter sauce to coat.
  7. Garnish and serve: Plate the steak bites and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, consider marinating the steak beforehand or adding spices to the garlic butter.
