Instructions
- Preheat the heat: Warm your skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

- Set aside: Once cooked to your preference, remove the steak and let it rest.
- Add butter and garlic: In the same skillet, lower the heat and add butter and garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Return the steak: Toss the steak in the garlic butter sauce to coat.
- Garnish and serve: Plate the steak bites and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
