Description

Delicious bites of steak, seared to perfection and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Allow it to reach high temperature.
  2. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper generously.
  3. Add the steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer, cooking for about 2-3 minutes per side until deeply browned.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Melt the butter in the same skillet and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For an extra touch, consider adding a squeeze of fresh lemon juice just before serving.
