Delicious bites of steak, seared to perfection and coated in a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized cubes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Allow it to reach high temperature.
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper generously.
- Add the steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer, cooking for about 2-3 minutes per side until deeply browned.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Melt the butter in the same skillet and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return the steak to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For an extra touch, consider adding a squeeze of fresh lemon juice just before serving.
