  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into small, golf ball-sized meatballs.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Prepare the tzatziki by mixing yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a medium bowl.
