- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp oregano

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 clove garlic, minced (for tzatziki)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the meatball ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into small, golf ball-sized meatballs.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the tzatziki by mixing yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Serve warm with tzatziki on the side for dipping.
