Description

Ingredients

- 1 lb Asparagus
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Trim the ends of the asparagus, cutting away any woody parts.
- Place them in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add melted butter, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Toss to coat the asparagus evenly.
- Place asparagus directly on the grill grates.
- Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender with grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and serve warm with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Trim and season asparagus and refrigerate until ready to grill. For alternative cooking, air fry or roast them in the oven for approximately 15 minutes at 400°F.
