- 1 lb ground lamb
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita bread
- Olive oil for brushing
- Labneh for serving
Instructions
- Combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Slice each pita bread in half to create pockets.
- Fill each pita half with the lamb mixture evenly.
- Brush the outer surface of each stuffed pita with olive oil.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high.
- Place the stuffed pitas on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove from the grill and allow to cool slightly.
- Serve warm with labneh for dipping.
