Description

A succulent grilled ribeye steak infused with a savory marinade for maximum flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and rosemary to create a marinade.
  2. Place the ribeye steaks in a resealable bag or dish, ensuring they are coated with the marinade.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the steaks from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
  6. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  7. Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Slice the steak against the grain and serve on a platter.

Notes

Marinate overnight for deep flavor. Use a meat thermometer to achieve desired doneness.
