Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the cheese and diced ham.
  5. Gradually add the milk, mixing until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for a few seconds.
  7. Roll out to about 1-inch thickness and cut out biscuits using a round cutter.
  8. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
