- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the diced ham, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until combined.
- Layer half of the frozen tater tots in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the ham mixture over the tater tots, spreading evenly with a spatula.
- Top with the remaining tater tots, arranging them artfully.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the tater tots are golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can assemble the dish ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake. Add extra minutes to the baking time if cooking straight from the fridge.
