A rich and creamy cheesy dip featuring savory sausage, perfect for any gathering.

- 1 lb ground sausage (mild or spicy)
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 10 oz can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley or green onions (chopped for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground sausage until crumbly and golden. Drain excess grease.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream, stirring until smooth.
- Add cooked sausage, drained Rotel, cheddar, and mozzarella to the bowl. Mix well.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper, seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour dip into an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or toasted baguette slices. Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
