- 2 cups crispy potatoes (like hash browns or diced potatoes)
- 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)
- 1/2 cup milk (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the beef in a skillet with chopped onion and minced garlic until fully cooked.
- Combine the cooked beef mixture with crispy potatoes, green beans, and optional cream of mushroom soup and milk in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Add the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
