Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Whisk together the honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, and cloves in a mixing bowl until fully combined.
  3. Place the spiral sliced ham in a roasting pan, ensuring the cut side faces down.
  4. Brush the ham generously with the glaze using a basting brush.
  5. Cover the ham with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven.
  6. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes per pound.
  7. Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes to enable the glaze to caramelize.
  8. Let the ham rest for 10-15 minutes after cooking.
