Description

A vibrant tropical cocktail blending vodka, blue Curacao, and creamy coconut for a refreshing escape.


Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz blue Curacao
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz cream of coconut
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Shredded coconut (optional, for rim)
  • Pineapple wedge (optional, for garnish)
  • Maraschino cherry (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass: Moisten the rim of your chosen glass with a wedge of lime, and dip it into shredded coconut.
  2. Mix the ingredients: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add vodka, blue Curacao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and fresh lime juice.
  3. Shake it up: Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until chilled and frothy.
  4. Strain and serve: Pour the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish: Add a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry on top.
