Ingredients

- 1 package of cocktail sausages
- 1 package of jalapeños, sliced
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Spread a little cream cheese mixture on a slice of jalapeño.
- Wrap a cocktail sausage in the jalapeño.
- Encase the jalapeño-wrapped sausage with crescent roll dough, sealing the edges.
- Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet with some space between them.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top before baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These poppers can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking. Try baking them in an air fryer for a quick alternative.
