Description

Deliciously cheesy Keto Garlic Breadsticks that are low in carbs and perfect for snacking or as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the egg, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and melted butter until well combined in another bowl.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into tiny sticks and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can use different types of cheese or customize with your favorite spices. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
