Description

Delicious Korean BBQ Meatballs bursting with flavor and juiciness, perfect for gatherings or a cozy family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, brown sugar, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until just mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into uniform balls about the size of golf balls.
  4. Arrange the meatballs on a lined baking sheet spaced apart.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm with dipping sauces or rice.

Notes

Make-ahead: Prep meatballs a day in advance and store in the refrigerator. For a quicker method, cook in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes.
